Training Specialist
We are looking to fill a full-time trainer position. The ideal candidate would be able to build, develop and administer key training for all new hires to be successful on the Hydrovac side.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
•Takes the time to learn about the new hires to identify strengths and weaknesses.
•Determine the training needs of new hires and oversee their development to meet company needs.
• Uphold Anytime’s policies and procedures.
• Continually developing and administering the training program to promote ongoing position growth within the company.
• Track individual progress to determine if the new hire will be a good fit or not.
• Demonstrates a good knowledge of the Hydrovac side.
• Build and develop leadership skills for potential new leaders within Anytime.
Qualifications
• Training background preferred but not required.
• Demonstrate leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Experience in the field and good working knowledge of the truck.
• Ability to use sound judgement and make decisions in stressful situations.
